Modular construction is an off-site building method where the structure is built in separate sections or modules, typically in a manufacturing plant, using a tightly controlled assembly line process. The buildings are designed to the same model building codes and standards and incorporate identical construction materials to those that are used in facilities which are primarily site-built.
After manufacturing, the modules are transported to the construction site where they are assembled together on an appropriate foundation system yielding a building that is comparable to a site-built structure but is completed in a significantly reduced time frame.

Quynh Ward
Mrs. Ward is a 20 year professional in the design and development of Mixed-Use Commercial/Residential developments throughout Texas. Her “boots on the ground” approach to project management and execution throughout each phase of the project distinguished Quynh as a national leader in mixed use development. From overseeing the design, construction, and subsequent lease up of these developments, Quynh’s exceptional leadership was paramount to the success of these developments. Her business acumen and leadership guide the Q Modular team to success.
Jeff Ward
Mr. Ward has 30 years of modular construction experience both in commercial and residential market segments. Throughout his tenure in the modular construction industry, Jeff has developed millions of square feet of innovative modular buildings across multiple verticals including Federal Government, DOD, Education, State and Local governments. Notable projects include multiple two story permanent modular offices at NNSA Labs, 4 story modular barracks at Joint Sam Houston, and multiple permanent and temporary education facilities across Texas and surrounding states.
Austin Ward
Austin brings his 5 years of experience in design and estimating in modular manufacturing environments to the Q Modular team. His proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using the REVIT platform coupled with an acute understanding of the best practices of modular construction helps guarantee the best value solutions for our customers. Maximizing the efficiencies of modular construction and site integration along with his value engineering mindset provides our customers with solutions that meet there programmatic needs, schedule, and budget.
